About - One architect, accountable end to end.
Program is led by one senior architect who owns your engagement from the first decision to shipped product, and directs the specialists who go deep where the work calls for it. You deal with one accountable owner the whole way, never a team to coordinate.
The architect
Program is led by Kevin Mack, a senior solution architect who came to technology the long way round, by building and running the businesses it is meant to serve.
Over nearly two decades he has owned and led companies, founded a Shopify Build A Business Award winner, scaled national operations to $10 million in revenue, and built the commerce systems behind growth in the exhibition and events industry. Owner, CEO, operator, the person accountable for commerce, marketing, operations and the people who deliver, he has held every one of those roles, and carried each project he ran to a result. For the last three years he has put that same drive into the technical craft, going deep enough to architect and build production platforms himself, KiTT and Wiktis among them.
That mix is the whole point, because it is what a solution architect is actually for. Most people who hold the title are senior developers, a decade fluent in one language, and they tend to bend the problem to fit the tools they already know. A real solution architect starts at the other end, with the business objective, and builds the technology to serve it. Two decades of running businesses means Kevin reads that objective accurately. Three years deep in the build means he can deliver the right answer for it, not the convenient one. No language or infrastructure is off the table, because the stack is chosen for the goal, never the goal forced into a familiar stack.
When you engage Program, that architect owns the whole engagement. He designs the system, makes the technology and AI decisions, and builds it. Where the work calls for specialist depth, advanced data science, motion, a complex data architecture or high-end UI, he brings in the right expert and directs them. You get the depth of a studio and one accountable owner.

Accountability - One owner, accountable to the outcome.
Most AI projects fail to deliver what they set out to. RAND’s study of more than 2,400 enterprise initiatives puts the failure rate above 80%, and the cause is rarely the technology. It’s the absence of a clear business objective and one person accountable for delivering it. Program is built the other way.
- You own it. The system and the IP are yours, handed over clean and documented.
- Tested before it ships. Testing is part of the build, not an afterthought, so what you get is production-ready.
- Always visible. You follow the build on a live dashboard, step by step, so you always know where it stands.
- One accountable owner. One architect holds the outcome end to end and directs the specialists behind them. You deal with one person, and accountability stays in one place.
How we work
We work one of two ways, and both deliver one clear outcome. We build you a product or solution, a defined piece of work you own outright at handover. Or we work as your fractional technology partner, owning your architecture, your AI and your build as an ongoing part of your team. Either way, one architect owns the result, and the relationship is built to outlast the first engagement.

Where we work
We work globally, and most of it is remote. But some engagements need us in the room, where understanding your business properly calls for it, and then we come to you. These are the places we work in and travel to.
