Booth sales, ticketing and sponsorship, one system you own.
Built by the team that ran a hundred and fifty shows before building the software. Exhibitor payment plans, live floor-plan holds, ticketing on your own domain, and every dollar settling straight to your account.
Every organiser knows this load-in
Booth sales live in a spreadsheet. The floor plan is a PDF, the holds are in someone’s head, and two exhibitors have been promised the same corner site.
The ticketing platform owns your audience. Every ticket sold rents your own buyers back to you, the fees scale with your success, and the attendee data never lands in your hands.
Exhibitor payments arrive in pieces. Deposits, balances and late add-ons, chased by email and matched by hand, while the event date does not move.
Every show starts from zero. The exhibitor list, the sponsor deck and the sales pipeline get rebuilt each cycle, because the last show’s systems were never yours.

Questions - The questions owners actually ask.
- What does exhibition management software actually need to cover? The money paths: booth and exhibitor sales, ticketing, sponsorship and merchandise, with deposits and balances collected on schedule and every payment reconciled. We build those as one commerce system for your show rather than five subscriptions taped together.
- Can exhibitors pay a deposit and the balance later? Yes. Deposits, instalments and scheduled balances are built into the checkout, the chasing runs itself, and the money settles to your own Stripe account rather than a platform wallet.
- Do we keep our attendee and exhibitor data? You own all of it. The database lives in your own infrastructure with full export, so every show starts from the audience the last one built instead of renting it back from a ticketing platform.
- Have you actually run exhibitions? A hundred and fifty of them. Programbuilt was founded by Kevin Mack after thirteen years running a national live-events business, sixty million dollars through the doors, and the commerce platforms we build now, Exhibitio and custom builds on Stripe, came out of running those shows.
- What does it cost to build? It starts with a call, free, then a fixed-scope proposal. The call maps your sales flow, booths, tickets and sponsorship, and the proposal prices the build against it.
Built, not advised.
Commerce, finance and sales systems.
One team, end to end, inside your business.
Scope, develop, deploy, handover, scale.
- What do you sell?
- How do you sell it?
- Can you sell more?
- Can we automate it?
